What the AI features do
WAQOV uses AI language models to produce:
- Market reports: area-level summaries and trends
- Property, project and transaction analysis: narrative explanations of the data
- Rent vs buy analysis: comparisons built from the data
- Smart Research: answers to questions you type, grounded in DLD data and recent news
- Descriptions and translations: building, project and broker descriptions
Which models and what they receive
We do not train our own AI models. We use models from third-party providers and one that runs on our own servers:

Please do not type personal data (names, phone numbers, ID numbers) into Smart Research questions.

AI-generated content is for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or valuation advice, and price figures in it are not valuations by a licensed valuer. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
Accuracy
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and depends on the data available to us at the time. Check important figures against official sources before relying on them.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use AI output, including checking it before you rely on or publish it, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
